The Hult Center for the Performing Arts is located in Eugene, Oregon. It was opened in 1982 as a part of an urban renewal project. The Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer Associates architectural firm designed the hall. The firm also designed the Minneapolis Orchestra Hall and a concert hall at the Denver Center for the performing arts.
Hult Center for the Performing Arts is the home of the Eugene Symphony, the Eugene Ballet, the Eugene Opera, the Eugene Concert Choir, the Oregon Bach Festival and the Oregon Mozart Players. The Hult Center for the Performing Arts is made up of the Silva Concert Hall which has a seating chart that can seat up to 2,500 performing arts patrons, the Soreng Theater which can seat up to 500 people, and the Jacobs Gallery. Off-site the Cuthbert Amphitheater is also considered part of the Hult Center for the Performing Arts. The Cuthbert has a capacity to hold 4,500 patrons.
